After School Care

Three Kings School has a before and after school care programme for children run by Kelly Club, an independent franchise organisation providing out of school care in our school hall. For further information visit www.kellyclub.co.nz/three-kings

Assembly

Whole school assemblies take place fortnightly on Thursday afternoons in the hall, and whanau members are welcome to attend. Syndicates meet on alternate weeks for assemblies. Please be aware that COVID restrictions may impact on this

Attendance

Regular attendance is most important for your child’s learning and development. All absences from school must be covered by a written note, signed by a parent or guardian or by a phone call.  School begins at 8.50am. Any child arriving after the bell or leaving early must do so via the school office.

Children must be collected by 3.00pm. There is no staff supervision after this time. Children left late will be sent to the Kelly Club programme for supervision and an invoice will be issued.

An extended leave form should be completed if your child will be away from school during term time for holidays or overseas trips. The form must be filed with the office and approved by the Principal.
