Māori Pasifika Club

Relaunched under the name MPC in 2023, the original ‘Homework Club’ was started in 2013.

MPC is a weekly after-school group for our Māori and Pasifika learners to work alongside Kaiako (teachers) and whānau to grow and share their culture and celebrate other cultures.

The purpose of MPC is:

• to create a culturally embracing learning environment
• to build authentic connections an links with our whānau in order to embrace and celebrate learning about one another’s cultures and share our cultures with others. 
• to establish home-school partnerships that, through respect, care and shared understandings, enable our Māori and Pasifika learners to thrive.

MPC runs in Room 9, our Whānau Room, on Wednesdays between 3pm – 4pm.
